Available Values:

B - Billing

Indicates that the merchant is created as a regular merchant.

R - Remittance

Status:  Active
Indicates that the merchant is created as a remitter.
M - Management

S - Reseller

Indicates that the merchant is created as a reseller.
F - Fee Processor

Indicates that the merchant is created as a fee processor.
