How to generate a merchant statement

Statement    

1. Are you ready?
   
   In this tutorial we are going to generate manually a merchant statement.
   This option is used for cases when:
   

   • Merchant remittance settings were changed (for examples, fees) and merchant statement is desired to be generated.
   • Merchant statement was canceled, but you want to regenerate and approve it for some reason.
2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Management => Merchant Perspective.
   
   Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
   
3. Select appropriate Merchant or Merchant Account in the top left section of the screen.
   
4. Click   Remittancebutton in the top section of the screen.
   
5. Choose   Statements  menu item  from the list.
   
6. Locate   Merchant Statement List  groupbox in opened form.
   
7. Click   Generate Next Statementbutton

8. Locate     Merchant  dropdown and choose an appropriate merchant.
   
9. Click   Runbutton and click OK button in opened window.
   
10. After you have chosen a merchant, you can choose a merchant account and generate merchant statement for this particular account too.
