Navigating System perspective

System perspective    

1. Are you ready?
   
   In this tutorial we are going to learn how to navigate System Perspective as well as how to locate and modify system branding profile.
   
   We will proceed as follows:
   

   • Log in and switch to the System perspective;
   • Learn how to locate and review return files;
   • Learn how to locate and modify system settings.
2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Administration => System Perspective.
   
   Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
   
3. Now, let's learn how to locate and modify system settings.
   
4. Click   Systembutton in the top section of the screen.
   
5. Choose   Settings  menu item  from the list.
   
6. Locate   Defaults  tab
7. Locate   Processing  groupbox
8. Locate   Validations  panel
9. Select Card/direct debit in Blacklist Policydropdown to enable blacklist only for card/direct debit transactions.
   
10. Locate   Funding  groupbox
11. Locate   Statement Review  panel
12. Locate   Merchant  checkbox and check it off to allow merchant statement processing only if it was approved by the gateway.
    
13. Locate   Services  tab
14. Locate   Email Service  groupbox
15. Enter support@your-gateway.com into the Address List (Admins)textbox to add people who will receive notifications about system errors and exceptions that occur within the system.
    
16. Enter emergency@your-gateway.com into the Address List (Managers)textbox to add people who will receive notifications of pending batches, merchant statements and reseller statements (statements that require approval).
    
17. Enter admins@your-gateway.com into the Address List (Auditors)textbox to add people who will receive notifications addressed to the system auditors. Among emails sent to the people on this list are Daily System Audit emails and notifications.
    
18. Click   Savebutton
