Configuring customer fees

Fee    

1. Are you ready?
   
   In this tutorial we will learn how to set up сustomer Fees that will be charged from customers during recurring billing.
   
   We will use the following parameters:
   

   Enrollment Fee: $10
   Soft Decline Fee: $1 when below 200$, otherwise $3
   Hard Decline Fee: $5 when below 500$, otherwise $10
   Chargeback Fee: $5
   Statement Fee: $1
   Late Fee: $10 when below 300$, otherwise $20
   Late Period: 30 days
   Decline Limit: 3 times
   
2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Management => Merchant Perspective.
   
   Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
   
3. Select appropriate Merchant or Merchant Account in the top left section of the screen.
   
4. Click   Detailsbutton in the top section of the screen.
   
5. Choose   Billing  menu item  from the list.
   
6. Choose   Fees  menu item  from the list.
   
7. Locate   Regular  column
8. Enter 10 into the Enrollment Feetextbox
9. Enter 1 into the Soft Decline Feetextbox
10. Enter 5 into the Hard Decline Feetextbox
11. Enter 5 into the Chargeback Feetextbox
12. Enter 1 into the Statement Feetextbox
13. Enter 10 into the Late Feetextbox
14. Locate   Policy  column
15. Choose When Below  menu item  for soft decline, hard decline and late fee.
    
16. Locate   Threshold  column
17. Enter 200 into the Soft Decline Feetextbox
18. Enter 500 into the Hard Decline Feetextbox
19. Enter 500 into the Late Feetextbox
20. Locate   High Ticket  column
21. Enter 3 into the Soft Decline Feetextbox
22. Enter 10 into the Hard Decline Feetextbox
23. Enter 20 into the Late Feetextbox
24. Locate   Late Period  textboxand enter 30 days to set by what period payment has to be gotten so late fee will not be charged.
    
25. Locate   Decline Limit  textbox and enter 3 times to set the limit of declines that merchant can get for one payment.
    
26. Click   Savebutton
