How to re-send terminal order notification

  1. Are you ready?

    In this tutorial we will learn how to re-send terminal order notifications. You can re-send all types of notifications, such as:
    • Receipt – notification is sent when an order has been created.
    • Approval – notification is sent when the order is in “Created” status, including information about a submitted order, as well as assigned ID within the system.
    • Modification – notification is sent when the order is in “Modified” status and informs that the order has been modified after it was reopened.
    • Cancelation – notification is sent when the order is in “Canceled” status and informs that the order has been canceled.
    • Shipping – notification is sent when the order is in “Shipped” status and informs that the order is being shipped; additionally, it provides its activation code and serial number(s) of terminal(s).

    We will use the order created in Ordering a terminal tutorial.

    We will use the following parameters:
    Order Name: Test Order
    Notification: Approval
  2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password.

    Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
  3. Select appropriate Merchant or Merchant Account in the top left section of the screen.
  4. You can re-send terminal order notifications using the Orders form, which is available at the following places:

    • Perspective => Management => Merchant Perspective => Equipment => Orders
    • Perspective => Management => Reseller Perspective => Equipment => Orders
    • Perspective => Management => Fulfillment Perspective => Orders

    You can choose any place you like.
  5. Click   Ordersbutton in the top section of the screen.
  6. Locate   Search  groupbox
  7. Enter Test Order into the Nametextbox
  8. Click   Findbutton
  9. Locate   List  groupbox
  10. Click   Resend email notificationbutton
  11. Choose Approval Notification  menu item   from the list.
  12. Congratulations, you are done!
